Billing Terms
These terms describe paid plans, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, invoices, and plan changes.
Plans and renewals
Paid plans are subscription services billed by Stripe on a recurring basis. Prices, plan limits, included features, and trial periods are shown on the website or in checkout before purchase.
Automatic renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- The customer authorizes Stripe to charge the saved payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
- Invoices and payment receipts are provided through Stripe where available.
Cancellation and failed payment
- Customers can manage billing through the Stripe customer portal when available.
- If payment fails or a subscription becomes past due, paid features may be reduced to Starter until payment is fixed.
- TRISLON may cancel or suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, fraud, or misuse.
Taxes and chargebacks
Prices may exclude taxes unless shown otherwise. Chargebacks, fraud disputes, or payment abuse may lead to account suspension while the issue is investigated.
