Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page to request deletion of account data, business data, mini-site data, leads, analytics, or data connected through platform integrations.
How to request deletion
- Email support from the email address connected to your TRISLON account.
- Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
- Include the account email, business or mini-site slug, and the type of data you want deleted.
- If the request relates to Meta, Google, or another platform login/integration, include that platform account email or page name where relevant.
Dashboard deletion
Business owners can delete a mini-site and its database data from Settings. This removes services, leads, content, campaigns, reviews, analytics tracking, chatbot settings, and public site JSON for that mini-site. The login account remains active unless account deletion is requested.
Verification and retention
TRISLON may verify account ownership before deletion. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment disputes, tax, backups, or legal obligations.
